A recent graduate from UNC Greensboro with a BFA in Interior Architecture and a minor in Musical Theater. Jay has always loved design since he was little, his passion only grew when he interned with an interior design firm in high school. From that moment on, he knew that he wanted to create spaces that people could admire and enjoy in their daily lives. Having a space that is designed to your specific taste can change how you feel in that environment. It can be the difference between a house and a home. Or it can make a rental feel like something you own and so much more!
Being a graduate of UNCG’s Interior Architecture program, Jay was tasked to design several different projects varying in type, difficulty, and constraints. Dealing with different client needs/wants and sometimes collaborating with his peers to find solutions to the design problems presented. Jay was also required to not only familiarize himself with the Adobe suite but also learn AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, and Chief Architect. Jay also has a minor in Musical Theater which helps aid him in coming up with creative and interesting designs, so that your space is always given a standing ovation.
In his free time, Jay loves traveling to amusement parks, riding rollercoasters, singing karaoke, or finding new foods and/or restaurants to try.
Growing up, Syvanna was always interested in small furniture toys and decorating her dollhouses, but it wasn’t until her early preteen and teenage years that she got into home design shows such as Love It or List It, Fixer Upper, and Extreme Home Makeover. She began to take design classes in high school and eventually decided to go to UNCG to pursue her degree in interior architecture.
Throught her studies, her love for design only intensifed, allowing her to become extremely hardworking, creative and detail-oriented. Her creativity takes shape through, bold accent colors, decorative lighting, and pursposeful design.
In her free time, Syvanna loves spending time with the people closest to her, heading to the movie theaters to see the latest film, and exploring her city to try new restaurants.
